Return and Refund Policy

No Returns on Personalized Items

All of our products are personalized and made-to-order specifically for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom or personalized items.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as production has begun.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

Order Errors

If we made an error with your order (wrong item, incorrect personalization, etc.), please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
